Membership FAQ

Members, you can manage your membership via our membership portals:

  • update your name & email
  • update your mailing address
  • update your credit card information 
  • cancel your membership
  • view payment history

There are two membership portals base on your location:

Here are the steps to access the portal:

  1. Go to the appropriate portal: US and International portal or Canadian portal.
  2. Enter your email.
  3. You'll receive an email with a link giving you access to the portal.
